Before Spring Street, Don was a mainstay in the consulting practice within Change Healthcare (and previously HTMS). Prior to that, he had held leadership positions for health plans and healthcare technology companies. Don is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Product Owner (CPO).

He has worked with national and regional health plans and delivery systems, large and small physician groups, provider networks, direct to employer products. Most recently Dennis spent the past 21 years working with the plans in the Health Plan Alliance, leading collaboration, workshops, and intelligence services.

Dr. Ebert is a committed physician executive with extensive clinical, educational, administrative, and managed care experience. He has led innovative efforts in both health plans and health systems focusing on medical management, quality, pharmacy, contracting and network management and development. He has over 20 years of practice experience as a board-certified nephrologist and was an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts for 27 years.

Devra is a passionate patient advocate with 25+ years of experience leading community health programs and initiatives. Devra channels her passion for improving health access and outcomes through fostering strategic partnerships. Skilled in communication and collaboration, Devra is known as a big-picture planner with a pragmatic approach to designing and managing health programs. Through her open, engaging style and experience-based insights, she builds meaningful connections that drive business development and align stakeholders at all levels.  

Trina is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience helping healthcare clients successfully navigate complex projects, especially within a health plan environment. One of her unique specialties is the ability to go deep when assessing operational business processes and requirements and becoming the bridge between business and IT areas.  She can translate requirements into technical design and effectively educate the technology teams on the business processes they support.  

Cheryl’s extensive background in the industry as both an executive and clinician has led to projects focused on quality and credentialing, provider-health plan partnerships, and medical management. Her experience in provider contracting and medical management includes the development and management of general and specific programs including specialized networks and referral services. Cheryl excels in interim management roles and as an expert consultant for provider systems, commercial and governmental care management organizations.
